Whether you’r Positive: Staying at this Airbnb property in Dubai Marina was truly an exquisite experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the apartment, I could immediately feel the premium quality and attention to detail that sets this property apart from others in the area. The interiors were tastefully designed with a modern, luxurious touch—clean lines, elegant furniture, and perfectly chosen décor that made the space feel both stylish and welcoming. Negative: One of the highlights of this property is its breathtaking view. Waking up to the skyline and the marina waters, especially during sunrise and sunset, added a special charm to the stay. The large windows and balcony allowed plenty of natural light, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere that’s perfect whether you’re visiting for leisure or business.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht bis hin zum AIN Dubai . Sie liegt direkt an der Marina - und dementsprechend kann man alles von da aus zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist 11 min entfernt . Es lohnt sich aber auch bis zu Blue water zu gehen . Da ist auch sehr viel , was man erleben kann , nicht nur das Riesenrad.

The apartment looks exactly like pictures. Spacious 1 bedroon apartment with a small balcony. Kitchen equipment very basic but all that we needed( did not do much cooking). Bathroom not as nice as the rest of the apartment but sufficient. Check in process very easy, all needed information available from the host on time. Host reacted very quickly when asked for help and proceeded our requirements emediatly. The location is the best quality of this apartment. We were very happy at this location( lots to do, walkable distance to beach, Bluewaters, Dubaj Marina Mall)

The location was fine, but cleanliness was a major issue. The apartment had dust and dirt throughout, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. This needs serious improvement

Beautiful location with magical view. Very good contact with the owner, the respond was immediate and professional. We spent wonderful time in the apartment, it is such a nice area near the canal, especially at night when you can admire amazing boats. Delicious bakery downstairs with fresh sourdough bread and great supermarket with good proces. Also pharmacy, hairdresser and beauty salon nearby. The beach is really close, just a 15 minute walk with breathtaking view.

Все было отлично!) хозяин квартиры очень ответственный, быстро отвечает на вопросы, помогает и подсказывает, большое спа Positive: Очень удобное расположение, учитывая, что на Марине всегда пробка, в это место и от сюда ездили без пробок) все в шаговой доступности, на мой взгляд идеальное место. Квартира хорошая, белье чистое, балкон с хорошим видом! Есть вся необходимая бытовая техника и мебель. Была проблема с утюгом, хозяин заменил его на новый в течении 15 минут, что было очень приятно! Negative: В ванной комнате нужно сделать ремонт, это очень важно для комфортного отдыха. И пора заменить кухонный гарнитур. Такое хорошее место, такая хорошая квартира, но нужно немного освежить))
