Lied about pool being available and when I got there pool has been closed for a few days. The place doesn’t look as clean as it did in the photos. Felt unsecured as there’s no keys or cards to apartment, only a pin which he knows as well as his employees and no way to lock it from inside. Check in was painful as I felt like I was looking for an apartment that wasn’t there.
Definitely a place I’d want to book over and over again! Carlos and Rubiel were very responsive! 5 star rating on the location which is super close to the Marina! Had a grocery below. Restaurants around. Balcony’s view is amazing morning and evening.Check in was a breeze! Carlos provided instructions ahead of time. The place is cozy, clean, and well designed! Internet had decent speed, AC cold 👌If given a chance to come back and visit Dubai, I hope we get to stay here again! Thank you for your professionalism and hoapitality! Much appreciated!

Thanks to Carlos, very friendly and responsive host. Regarding the place - photos are better, as usual. All needed kitchen tools are present, towels and so on as well. The worst part is WiFi - it’s vereeery slow, you can’t watch YouTube without lags or upload a stories.

Great view of Marina canal and buildings from the Balcony, nice sitting area. Compact studio with a main bed and a sofa bed, with working kitchen, ideal for a small family. The place was well maintained, very clean, and all essentials were taken care of. Great response from host and help for keeping luggage even after checking out. Highly recommended

Carlos was very responsive and always answered our questions . We had arrived earlier than the check in time . Rubiel came to meet us in reception and took care of our luggage until the apartment was ready and then transferred it to the room when it was cleaned . He even showed us the apartment before it was cleaned so we would be able to access it easily when ready as we had to leave to meet the family. We would recommend this place to others .
