It is just a 3 minute walk from the Mina Seyahi tram station which made it very accessible to the prime tourist spots. the room matched the photos and it was extremely clean. The hosts were also very responsive.
Gdy wrócę do Dubaju, to na pewno w to miejsce. Wszędzie blisko, piękny widok. Apartament taki jak na zdjęciu, komunikatywny gospodarz. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni . Jedyny mały minus to hałas , bo prace remontowe były na dole. Ale człowiek zdążył się przyzwyczaić . Polecam z całego serca!😍

The place is pristine, it was very clean and the host was very communicative. It was a very good experience and we did not have any problems. The place also has a very good view which makes it a nice place to sit and relax on the balcony.
Overall, a good stay. The apartment was clean and location was good. Traffic can become a real issue around the marina at the moment which you may have to factor in during busy periods. We had a slight issue with the wiring of one of the bedroom lights that wouldn’t turn off and there was a willingness to resolve. But there was no spare key so we had to take the lightbulb out. A minor issue on what was a great stay.
The host was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. There was a pest issue (roaches) and when we reported it, he promptly arranged for cleaning and pest control and was willing to continue addressing it. Unfortunately, the issue persisted (3 days), which led us to leave early due to being uncomfortable. However, we do appreciate the host’s efforts and professionalism in trying to resolve the situation.
