4.8· 28 reseñaspaid £150 for one night as we stayed somewhere else for the previous nights due to it not being available we stayed at Carlos Air bnb, dont get it wrong it was clean and nice but felt small inside as its more like a studio apartment, bathroom and kitchen was outdated , bed was uncomfortable and we did not get any sleep due to being on the second floor and next to the road, you could hear everything out side beeping all sorts through out night, water came out orange at first when we ran the taps, usually wouldn't write a bad review but staying at the other Airbnb for cheaper then Carlos was a big difference in standards as the other one was nicer with a real marina view on a high floor, most things iv mentioned are not carlos fault but second floor apartment being next to th3 road is not ideal if you want sleep, be good i suppose for a party holiday, also handing key back made no sense as we got told to leave in the room but if we done that we couldn't get out car park
Foi minha primeira ida ao Dubai. O Carlos foi super prestável e responde com prontidão, sempre que se coloca uma questão, senti-me acompanhada e agradeço esse facto imensamente! A localização é fabulosa, bem junto da Marinha, podemos ir a pé, para outras atrações temos de usar o Metro, cuja estação fica uns 15 minutos a pé do apartamento. Existe um grande supermercado no prédio, que nos facilita na hora das compras. Uma piscina com uma vista linda sobre a Marinha, mas da qual nunca consegui usufruir, pois existem poucas espreguiçadeiras, que estavam obviamente sempre ocupadas, quando chegava. De resto sugero que se faça um upgrade na casa de banho e cozinha, para estar à altura do restante espaço, pois existem algumas marcas de uso.
Great apartment! View was beautiful and the terrace was very inviting. The house was exactly as advertised and Carlos was a great host. Very responsive and friendly.
What a perfect spot for a great place to stay. A block away from the Dubai Marina with a grocery store on the first floor. This place blew away my expectations. Would absolutely rent from Carlos again! He was super communicative when I had questions.
The location is great and the host is highly responsive. Unfortunately, there are parts of the apartment which do need updating. The bathroom in particular, is very dated. The bathroom has a lot of mould and there is even some mould on the bedroom walls, which in my opinion is unacceptable for an Airbnb. I would honestly say the location is great, the apartment was clean, but unfortunately the mould spoiled it for us.
Excellent séjour ! Très bel appartement avec tous les équipements qu’il faut Grand balcon avec vue sur la marina Bien situé, supermarché en bas de la résidence, piscine propre, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage jbr et de la station métro DMCC, je recommande à 100 % !!
