Центрального света в моей спальни не оказалось ! Ключи только один на апартаменты рассчитанные для двух семей ! Если вы хотите найти себе квест то пожалуйста ! Но я бы не советовала ! Моя оценка только за вид из окна !!
Unfortunately we had many problems in this apartment. Although the apartment looks very fun in the photos, it is unfortunately a bit run down, with electrical sockets falling out of the walls, and scuff marks on everything from furniture to walls, as well as the carpets and kitchen being disgusting! The pull out couch was not set up properly on arrival and collapsed in half. Disgusting kitchen and carpets. No shower curtain in one bathroom (the walls show that there was one before), electrical socket coming out of the wall in the kids bedroom, all of which I also informed the owner about. I assumed that the owner (who many called responsive) would take care of the issues and make things right. Instead, he kicked us out the next day. We lost an entire day of our 5 day vacation because we had to find a new apartment, complain and negotiate with Airbnb, and pack up all our things and move.
I went with 4 kids and my cousin. We all liked the place, from the view, the flat was family friendly especially for the toddler with us loved the colours in the apartment. When ever we had questions, our Host was super quick to respond and assist. He even helped us out with a dilemma. We will definitely be back!
Carlos, he is the best host i had ca me across in any rental platform. He is always one step ahead of his guest, means if you wish for it Carlos will do it. Clear cut instructions, atmost professional behaviour. I have only one concern, we couldn't meet in person. Yes that's true, he do all these without meeting you 😀. All the best bro
If you intend to stay in Marina area, near to good beaches, one of the most cost efficient places. Cozy, upto the mark amenities & super easy check in processes with great views. Thanks Carlos, recommend this to everyone! Superhost!
Excellent accommodation, we were the first guests of this Airbnb, so we got a good discount, everything was good, nice place. Good location, a few minor issues exist, but it certainly is worth the price.
Location and the apartment itself were very good. There is also a tram station just near the building and a parking space in the garage. Problems we had were related to the organisation of apartment and not good preparation for guests. We had a problem that access card was missed this we waited for few hours and was ok, then also one of the shower was broken, which also was fixed, then there was problem with a toilet and there we had appointment for handymen like 12:30 but they came by 17:30 only and Carlos was not responsive to give update on time- so like 1 day of wasting time- and it was not fixed that day anyway. Oven switch did not worked well and was hard to use. Towels were quite old with wholes.. Also if u need to use sofa beds - better to confirm in advance that there will be bed sheets and other things- or u need to organise it urself and there not everything in the apartment. Overall it is acceptable- just should be lower price for this level of quality.
