We had a very nice stay at Carlo’s apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown. The building is very good, with a nice gym and a clean swimming pool. The location is excellent, very close to JBR Beach and other places. The view was also good. It is on the 3rd floor — I personally prefer a higher floor, but that is just my choice. There was a small confusion about checkout. We requested 12 PM, but the cleaning staff came earlier, so we had to get ready quickly. It was a small issue, nothing serious. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth stay. Thank you, Carlo, for your hospitality.

The service received by the host, from start to finish was outstanding! Carlos managed to fit us in, as another host let us down last minute. We recieved quick responses if we had any issues during check in, as we arrived quite late. We were super happy with the location of the apartment/building itself, as it had a supermarket on site, as well as a pharmacy! It was conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from the nearest metro station, as this helped us to get around more and about 10-12 minutes walking distance to JBR beach. Definitely would book back again! P.S. please thank the cleaner for doing a brilliant job during our stay!
We had booked it for 7 days (With family -Parents ) Place was amazing and location was near to the beach (15minute walk) and the photos were like what was mentioned in the discriptive. They have Choithram Grocery shop joined to this building and all items were readily available (Indian paradise with veg and non veg items ) Although you have to buy water on daily bases and the host took lot of time to respond (there were 3/4 person whom we have contacted and at the time of check in we don’t have any clue about keys and all stuff) But the place is amazing with all amenities like two queen bed in one room with attached washroom and another double bed (king) with half washroom . Overall worth a penny and also it’s about far away from no parking zone of e-scooter but manageable. Blue water and beach is walking distance (15 minutes) and kitchen is fully set up with functional washing machine and fridge and a coffee maker machine (small)
