It was a pleasant stay.the view is amazing.
The view from the balcony in this property is what stands out. The location is very great The property has very well maintained swimming pool in the terrace which has great views as well and has gym access. The closest metro is DMCC metro which is 15 mins walk and the closest beach is JBR which is 23 mins by walk. Although the property did not feel brand new as mentioned in the listing, it was well maintained and we did not have any complaints. Pros : 1. Excellent location 2. Great views from property 3. 24/7 supermarket available 4. Kitchen utensils available 5. Very friendly host Cons : 1. Just one plug point available at property 2. Bathroom commode and wash basin is small.
Note: I have stayed in over 600 airbnb´s (see my reviews in my profile). Conclusion: Very unprofessional host, apartment in very bad and filthy condition (worst condition ive seen during my airbnb travels in 12 years. Mold all over the place, completely broken desk, walls come of. Balcony door not lockable, no ventilation in bathroom (broken), run down kitchen utensils. The place itself has great potential, but the hosts dont mantain it, trick you with amazing looking photos. You come to Dubai spent 120 USD for an apartment a night and then this. In high season no other places available so you are stuck with an run down apartment. Skip the host, book your place somewhere else better. Fortunelety i got refunded a part by airbnb, the host was not willing to giver any partial refunds. Let´s airbnb hosts not get away with false listings like this. Book somewhere else better.
Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w tym pseudo luksusowym apartamencie był to raczej zwykły pokój który wymagał remontu. Po otwarciu drzwi poczuliśmy zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny cały tego powód ukazał się po zapaleniu swiatła. Wilgoć i odpadający tynk ze ściany, w łazience pleśń i grzyb oraz kapiąca woda z głośnika w suficie który też wolał o pomoc. Naszym zdaniem jedynym wielkim plusem był widok na marinę i to zdecydowanie wszystko w tym temacie. Zgłasiłem problem,stwierdził że wyśle ekipę by usunąć usterki 🙂-chyba żart. Rzekomo wcześniej pękła rura u góry i zalało trochę pokój. Czytając wcześniejsze komentarze bodajże z grudnia i listopada poprzedników też to spotkalo, myślałem że przez ten czas remont został wykonany - nic mylnego. Właściciele nadal tylko liczą na kasę !!! Oczywiście z miłą checią chciał zamienić pokoje ale nie było wolnych miejsc, zaproponował gifta - dostarczył wino dla żony myślac że załagodzi problem. Zdjęcia pokoju nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości !!! ODRADZAM.
Un logement bien situé mais des prestations indécentes pour un tel tarif Positive: L'emplacement était très bien bord de la marina facile d'accès à pied idéal pour se balader Negative: Rapport qualité prix hallucinant pour un logement vétuste malgré les apparences, de l'humidité avec des murs écaillés dans l'espace salon chambre, une salle de bain sans aération vétuste elle aussi avec moisissure et infiltration au plafond. Une cuisine d'un autre siècle.... Peu de commodités pour un séjour de 6 nuits ( 1seule serviette par ex)
Für uns ein super Spot um Marina zu genießen. Positive: Kontakt und Abwicklung ist smart, freundlich und zuverlässig. Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer war sehr schön! Schneller Fußweg zu Marina Walk (5 Minuten) und Beach (25 Minuten). Zur red line 15 Minuten. Shop direkt darunter. Negative: Die Straße davor ist immer laut. Einrichtung und Bad in die Jahre gekommen, kein Luxus.

Not luxury and not brand new as advertised Negative: Got fooled by the beautiful photos. Poor service. Did not give the checkin details until we asked for the location. Parking was a complete hassle as someone else was parked on the allocated parking. Old property. Extra bed provided was an air bed that easily deflates. Hallway and room smell like mothball. Check in and checkout timing is worse than a similarly priced hotel. For the same price, just book a hotel.
Positive: The location, the view, the overall comfort, the staff, the amenities, the cleanliness were all from very good to amazing. Negative: Some additional amenities like a coffee maker or renewed bathroom, shower would be a nice thing.
