1- very hard to find the location 2- read the previous bad reviews and believe them, and believe that those reasons are valid to not stay i left the appartment after couple of hours i couldn’t stay more
I really enjoyed my stay. Carlos was a fantastic host kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He generously allowed me an early check-in at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended!
So first location is great the building is good its not my first time staying in MJL however the newer buildings are much more better The apartment was TBH disgusting its full of flies and black furniture is always a red flag the furniture was soo outdated and the entire apartment has weird smell the tv is super small and very old definitely 10 years old tv thankfully i booked just for 1 night and I would never come back to this apartment for me its the worst experience in dubai the apartment in the photos looked perfect in reality its a different story its just doesn’t match the level of the property i strongly advise staying in madinat jumeirah living but definitely not here i just hope carlos do a full renovation for his apartment get rid of any black furniture and increase cleaning standards and for the flies i think because the apartment is right infront of garbage chute for the floor so it needs a routine pest control
Host is very responsive. Place is in an ideal area, so close to the coast etc, so peaceful. Unit was tidy, clean and smart. Only thing I’d say is the shower wouldn’t get warm, so maybe check on that beforehand. Thanks a lot for the stay!
Great location right opposite Souk Madinat with excellent bike riding and running paths just outside the building. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Early check-in was appreciated, the WiFi works great, and plenty of bathroom towels were provided. The pool is excellent and the gym is decent. Carlos was very responsive and helpful throughout. However, basic amenities such as dishwashing pods for the dishwasher or even basic dish soap were not provided, despite multiple follow-ups. The “smart TV” is also an older model and cannot run apps like Netflix, Prime or Apple TV. Jay, one of the hosts, mentioned he would check with the team over these issues and revert, but there was never any follow-up or resolution. Overall, the property itself is lovely and the location is perfect, but the lack of basic amenities and the unfulfilled promises were frustrating.
