Worst stay Positive: The worst decision I’ve ever made was booking this property. Upon arrival, the reception staff humiliated me and my family by claiming we had no booking and told us to coordinate with the agent. The agent was completely uncooperative, provided the wrong location, and failed to coordinate with the building security. We were left waiting for more than 2 hours just to get access to the room. Communication was extremely difficult as the receptionist could not properly understand or speak English and was even sarcastic at times. Is this what you call “luxury”? To make things worse, parking and door access were not working at all. We were only allowed into the room at 6 PM, yet were still reminded to check out at 11 AM the next day — completely unacceptable. We ended up checking out 2 hours early just to get out of that place.. hell. If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. Negative: Agetnt Reception Security
Positive: Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt in der Megaluxuary Flat Resort with Burj Al Arab View. Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und luxuriös ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war der Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Burj Al Arab – ein wirklich einzigartiger Ausblick. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alle Utensilien, die man während einer Reise benötigt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und sehr durchdacht eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlen konnte. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host war hervorragend. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, der Check-in und die gesamte Organisation waren unkompliziert und professionell. Für die gebotene Qualität war die Unterkunft zudem sehr günstig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at Carlos’ place for four nights with our dog Bonnie and found the location and the spacious flat well suited to our needs. Carlos was a good host and easy to communicate with. You can walk to Kite Beach easily (no dogs allowed though) and find some great little restaurants on JB Road. However, the road is very busy and noisy and it did stop us being able to enjoy the balcony. If you don’t mind that though, you get a lovely view of the Burj Al Arab.

We loved our three-week stay at Carlos’s apartment and felt very comfortable and at home. The location is excellent, opposite Souk Madinat and within walking distance of the Madinat/Jumeirah strip for breakfast or lunch overlooking the yachts and Kite Beach. From the balcony we had beautiful Burj Al Arab views, stunning sunsets, and even fireworks on two nights. The apartment is homely, well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding, and the washing machine was a real bonus for a longer stay. We used the gym, which had good equipment. The kitchen table was fine for short-term working. A few minor points for balance, not negatives: slightly tired in places, some traffic noise at peak times (welcome to Dubai), and the TV only works with YouTube/Netflix. Carlos was very responsive and fixed a small issue quickly. Supermarket and small mall are a 10-minute walk away. Overall, a great stay and easy 5-star recommendation.
