One of the highlights was definitely the great view—it was lovely to relax and enjoy the view. The place itself was comfortable and had everything needed for a nice stay. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a well-located place with beautiful views and easy access to nearby markets. Would happily stay here again.
The host is genuinely good and very accommodating. He made sure I was comfortable and responded to every request, so full credit to him. However, the building itself is a different story. The entire AC system feels very old and there is a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the building that simply does not go away. Because of this, the smell spreads into the rooms the bed sheets, the room itself, and eventually even your clothes start to smell. Another issue is the constant barking from neighbours’ dogs, which can be quite disruptive. The only real advantage of the apartment is that it has two beds, which makes it suitable if you are more than two people and just need the extra sleeping space. Other than that, the building feels quite unhygienic overall. It is located on the ground floor, which some people might prefer if they are uncomfortable with heights. However, the walk from the apartment to the lift and the building exit is unusually long compared to most buildings in

The host and property manager communicated very well and were quick to respond throughout the stay, which I appreciated. However, the apartment was not fully ready at check-in and there were several broken or missing amenities. The main issue was a defective balcony door, which made the apartment cold and noisy at night and affected my sleep for half of my stay. While issues were eventually resolved, I had to repeatedly raise them, which is not what you want on a short trip.

Positive: La ubicacion era excepcional,el apartamento para cuatro personas era perfecto. Muy cómodo el supermecado abajo en el mismo edificio. La piscina y la pista de tenis ubicadas en la azotea eran fantásticas. Pero lo mejor fue el chico que nos recibió y nos ayudó en toda nuestra estancia, se llama Rubiel. Nunca hemos tenido un anfitrión igual,era para ponerle 10 estrellas. Negative: El baño necesita ser renovado y poner una ducha,es mi opinión personal.
