4.4· 26 reseñasVery good stay with Carlos hosting - ended up extending 3 times! From check-in, to check-out, and everything in between, was an ideal stay. There were a couple appliance issues initially, but those were dealt with within hours. After that, the unit was quiet, clean, well laid out, comfortable and more. This part of Marina is quite good, lots of restaurants & supermarkets all within easy walk, and a short hop over the bridge to the beach. Most of all, the communication with Carlos throughout was highly responsive, friendly and supportive. Would definitely stay here again.
Next time again for shure Positive: The appartment was top located and like shown on the pictures. The host was very professional and friendly.
Positive: Довольно чисто убрано, вежливый персонал. Второй раз вряд ли приеду сюда же. Negative: Кухня, как в общаге. ДСП разваливается, петли и огнетушитель ржавые. Ведро для мусора лучше НЕ ВЫТАСКИВАТЬ, за ним заплесневелые стенки и пол гарнитура. Холодильник работает, как вертолет, который летает в твоей комнате. Спал в наушниках.

Carlos was a great host as he was very communicative before, during and after the stay. The accommodation was easy to find, easy to access and had security presence. Unfortunately the apartment did not look like the photos and as others reviews have stated, it needs a lot of maintenance. There was one roll of toilet paper on arrival and nothing to clean with. The shower leaked onto the floor no matter how I tried to avoid it. As a base for just sleeping in, it is fine and is across the road from the marina, 10 minute walk from the beach so location was perfect. The balcony view was of a car park though. I probably wouldn’t stay again but it served a purpose and was cheaper than alternatives in the area.
