4.7· 25 reseñasThe host is genuinely good and very accommodating. He made sure I was comfortable and responded to every request, so full credit to him. However, the building itself is a different story. The entire AC system feels very old and there is a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the building that simply does not go away. Because of this, the smell spreads into the rooms the bed sheets, the room itself, and eventually even your clothes start to smell. Another issue is the constant barking from neighbours’ dogs, which can be quite disruptive. The only real advantage of the apartment is that it has two beds, which makes it suitable if you are more than two people and just need the extra sleeping space. Other than that, the building feels quite unhygienic overall. It is located on the ground floor, which some people might prefer if they are uncomfortable with heights. However, the walk from the apartment to the lift and the building exit is unusually long compared to most buildings in
Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Carlos per 8 notti in tre. La casa ha una posizione ottima, ad un quarto d’ora dalla metro, e nel centro di Dubai Marina con un balconcino che affaccia su strada e 3 ristoranti/bar molto carini. Utile è stato avere il supermercato e la farmacia nello stesso palazzo. Uniche cose che consiglierei sono: maggiore pulizia, nel corso della settimana abbiamo avuto almeno 4/5 scarafaggi con noi, e lascerei qualcosa in più in casa per gli ospiti, come per esempio sale, pepe olio, oppure i detersivi se uno vuole farsi una lavatrice, come l’occorrente per pulire casa.

Foi minha primeira ida ao Dubai. O Carlos foi super prestável e responde com prontidão, sempre que se coloca uma questão, senti-me acompanhada e agradeço esse facto imensamente! A localização é fabulosa, bem junto da Marinha, podemos ir a pé, para outras atrações temos de usar o Metro, cuja estação fica uns 15 minutos a pé do apartamento. Existe um grande supermercado no prédio, que nos facilita na hora das compras. Uma piscina com uma vista linda sobre a Marinha, mas da qual nunca consegui usufruir, pois existem poucas espreguiçadeiras, que estavam obviamente sempre ocupadas, quando chegava. De resto sugero que se faça um upgrade na casa de banho e cozinha, para estar à altura do restante espaço, pois existem algumas marcas de uso.
